As part of our commitment to a healthy workplace culture, we proudly celebrated International Yoga Day with a rejuvenating Chair Yoga session, focused on promoting physical health, mental clarity, and stress relief—right at the desk.
The session began with traditional Om chanting, creating a calm and focused environment. Participants were guided through a series of desk-friendly yoga stretches, including wrist and shoulder rotations, spine and full-body movements, and deep breathing techniques—specially curated for professionals who spend extended hours at their workstations. The session concluded with mindful meditation, offering a restorative pause to enhance mental wellness at work.
As part of our broader corporate wellness initiative, the session also included a short discussion addressing common workplace health concerns. The focus areas included managing work-related stress, incorporating a balanced diet for sustained energy, and practical tips to reduce back and posture-related discomfort.
